E2 TEKNOLOJİ SAN TİC LTD ŞTİ, in its capacity as Data Controller, conducts the necessary processes to inform data subjects at the stage of obtaining personal data, in accordance with Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. The Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy prepared by E2 TEKNOLOJİ SAN TİC LTD ŞTİ and the privacy notices provided to data subjects contain informative details on the company title, the purposes for which data subjects' personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal grounds of personal data collection, and the rights of the data subject. In this context, E2 TEKNOLOJİ SAN TİC LTD ŞTİ processes personal data for the purposes of conducting corporate sustainability activities, managing relations with suppliers and subcontractors, carrying out personnel recruitment processes, performing internal audit activities and legal proceedings, conducting corporate governance and communication activities, managing requests and complaints, providing legally required information to authorised persons or institutions, and creating and tracking visitor records. During processing activities carried out for these purposes, explicit consent is obtained from data subjects where none of the conditions stipulated in Law No. 6698 is met.

E2 TEKNOLOJİ SAN TİC LTD ŞTİ transfers general and special categories of personal data of data subjects to authorised persons, institutions and organisations in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of Law No. 6698 and by taking the necessary security measures. E2 TEKNOLOJİ SAN TİC LTD ŞTİ does not transfer personal data abroad.

With respect to personal data obtained by E2 TEKNOLOJİ SAN TİC LTD ŞTİ, data subjects have the following rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698: to learn whether personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed data; to request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated in Law No. 6698; to object to a result arising against the person through analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems; and to request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
